Nordic Power and Atomic Power are Action Replay clones which apparently were available in german speaking countries only. Not even rip offs or hacks of these have been spotted as of yet so please feel free to supply your own. All Nordic Power notes apply to Atomic Power as well as to Action Power Cartridge and Action Gear.
Power Series
Nordic Power 1.0 is a 100% copy of the Atomic Power with just the name and colors changed. It appears they were forced to change the name for some reason. The only assumption this is based on is the existence of the Nordic Power v7.2 dated 1991 though. There is no ROM available for the Action Power Cartridge 8.1 and the Action Gear yet but the current Power line of products likely looks like this:
